A&S Announces 2020-21 Student Ambassadors

LEXINGTON, KY – Nineteen University of Kentucky undergraduates are serving as College of Arts & Sciences Ambassadors for the 2020-21 academic year.  

 

This highly selective group of A&S students promotes pride in a liberal arts education. They develop leadership and communication skills while representing the College to visitors, alumni and prospective and current students. The 2020-21 A&S Ambassadors are: 

 

Cesar Avila (coordinator): Cesar is a senior double majoring in international studies and foreign language & international economics. Originally from Chicago and Phoenix, he moved to Lexington for his senior year at Paul Laurence Dunbar High School. 

 

Amy Keith (coordinator): Amy is a senior majoring in Health, Society, and Populations and minoring in Biology. She is from Diamondhead, Mississippi, and graduated from Hancock High School. 

 

Lindsay BeechemLindsay is a senior majoring in biology and minoring in neuroscienceShe is from Erlanger, Kentucky, and graduated from St. Henry District High School. 

 

Jillian Chamberlain: Jillian is a senior majoring in political science and minoring in criminology with a peace studies certificate. She is from Rockford, Illinois, and graduated from Belvidere North High School and Rock Valley College.  

 

Evan Conder: Evan is a senior biology major from Louisville and graduated from Eastern High School.  

 

Sereniti Coulter: Sereniti studies linguistics and Arabic/Islamic Studies and is from Bardstown, Kentucky. She graduated from the Carol Martin Gatton Academy of Mathematics and Science. 

 

Clayton DaltonClayton is a junior English and political science major from Somerset, Kentucky, and graduated from Pulaski County High School. 

 

Lauren Duespohl: Lauren is a sophomore earning a dual degree in mathematical economics and business management.  She from Hurricane, West Virginia, and graduated from Hurricane High School. 

 

Gracie Elliott: Gracie is a sophomore from Lexington who is majoring in English with a minor in Spanish. 

 

Alyssa Hargis: Alyssa is a sophomore majoring in environmental and sustainability studies and public health as a dual degree. She is from Milford, Ohio, and graduated from Milford High School. 

 

Cherish Harris: Cherish is a senior from Louisville who is majoring in psychology and sociology. Cherish graduated from Butler Traditional High School 

 

Sahana Holla: Sahana is a senior majoring in biology. She grew up in Richmond, Kentucky, and graduated from the Model Laboratory High School.  

 

Keyarius Kibler: Keyarius is a junior from Elizabethtown, Kentucky, majoring in psychology. He graduated from Jeffersontown High School. 

 

Jiali (Kira) Ma: Kira is a senior from Zhuhai, China, majoring in gender and women’s studies and U.S. culture and business practices. 

 

Flor MuciñoFlor, from Lexington, is a junior majoring in biology with a minor in anthropology. Flor graduated from the Paul Laurence Dunbar High School in Lexington.  

 

Johana Campos Sanchez: Johana is a junior a pursuing a double major in writing, rhetoric, and digital studies and Spanish. She is from Morehead, Kentucky, and graduated from Rowan County Senior High School. 

 

Camryn Slone: Camryn is a junior neuroscience major with a minor in biology. She is from Pikeville, Kentucky, and graduated from Pikeville High School. 

 

Natasha Steele: Natasha is a senior political science major from Burlington, Kentucky. She graduated from Conner Senior High School. 

 

 Bailee Wingo: Bailee is from Bowling Green, Kentucky, and graduated from a South Warren High School. She is a senior English major.
